How long does a Fit Camps session go for and why are we different?
The workout session lasts 20-30 mins with a 5-10min warm up at the start, finishing with a group stretch. Every session will be a surprise to keep the results coming. No two sessions are ever the same. It’s what makes us different from all the other outdoor group classes out there.
What do I need to bring?
All you need to bring is a water bottle and small towel and of course a positive attitude and a willingness to work as hard as you can to achieve your goals.
