You can do this almost anywhere. What you need is to do this workout is:
- Good running shoes and exercise gear
- A set of stairs with 50+ steps in it.
- Water to keep you hydrated.
Starting at the bottom, race up to the top of the stairs as fast as you can missing every second step. Do 1 Press Up, 1 Burpee, 1 jump squat. Race back down Go up and down 2 times. On the second time up, do 2 reps of each exercise, then head back down. Then do 3 times up and down, and on the third, do those exercise for 3 reps each.

Now here is the kicker, you have only 20 minutes to complete as many rounds as possible. Aim for 5-6 complete rounds as a gauge or target for you to complete.
